Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to testing services, sample submission, and results interpretation.
- Sample Management: Ensure the proper receipt, labeling, and documentation of samples in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
- Data Coordination: Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate processing of tests, and communicate results to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters to appropriate teams as needed.
- Education & Outreach: Provide clients with information about testing processes, guidelines, and best practices to optimize sample quality and results accuracy.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, testing data, and communications to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback and insights to improve customer service procedures and testing workflows.
