Overview:

Join our team at eMaids of Space Coast as a subcontractor cleaning specialist. We are a premier cleaning service serving the entire Space Coast and Greater Orlando area, specializing in both commercial and residential cleaning. We are seeking individuals who currently own their own cleaning company and are looking to expand their client base.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning services for clients - residential, commercial, vacation rentals, etc.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Provide all necessary cleaning supplies for the job.

Requirements:

• Must own a registered cleaning company in Florida.
• Provide a certificate of insurance with minimum general liability coverage.
• Have an auto insurance policy for their vehicle.
• Pass a standard background check.
• Sign a non-disclosure agreement and non-solicit agreement

Payment and Schedule:

• Paid by the job
• Invoice weekly for all jobs worked.
• Bi-weekly payment on every other Friday.
• No hourly tracking or mileage reimbursement.

Additional Information:

• Most jobs are commercial accounts.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Track and submit Certificate of Insurance based on policy renewals.
