Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting located in Waterloo, NY. Start date: 04/21/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $425-$432 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff within the CNA scope of practice.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence/catheter care, elimination, turning/positioning, skin care) and document per protocol.
- Maintain the resident environment and safety, respond to call lights, monitor equipment, assist with fall prevention, and ensure cleanliness per policy.
- Support nutritional needs: tray delivery, meal service, adaptive equipment, and feeding as required; honor resident preferences and document appropriately.
- Assist with rehabilitative/restorative activities: range of motion, ambulation, transfers, proper body alignment, and use of assistive devices; document progress per protocol.
- Respect residents’ rights, address refusals or concerns, and promptly report changes in status to the Charge Nurse or Supervising Nurse.

Requirements
- Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) required
- BLS certification (AHA or RQI) required
- Minimum 1 year of previous long-term care (LTC) experience
- Must be licensed and in good standing for at least 1 year
- Must be able to start orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday for full shift
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule in a skilled nursing facility setting
