Responsibilities
- Conduct or contribute to initial OSOT evaluations and ongoing assessments under supervision, contributing to the plan of care.
- Implement therapy interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and functional independence.
- Administer individualized treatment plans, including use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices as appropriate.
- Document resident progress in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with physical therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, and other team members to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor safety, support fall prevention strategies, and provide resident and family education on home programs and continued therapy.

Requirements
- Active COTA license or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Montana or eligible state)
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Experience in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehab, or geriatric rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work the day shift in a travel assignment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a new facility and work under supervision within a team-based setting
