Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of an occupational therapist, within a long-term care setting.
- Conduct functional assessments and participate in the development or modification of individualized treatment plans to improve daily living activities, motor function, and cognitive strategies.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and activities designed to improve independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.
- Document progress notes, treatment provided, and outcomes in resident records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including nursing, social work, and therapy colleagues, to coordinate goals and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy space, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols during sessions.

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to complete a 13-week travel assignment.
- Ability to work a dayshift schedule in a long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
