Licensed Practical Nurse — Long-Term Care (Travel) — White River Junction, Vermont

Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse is sought for a travel assignment in a long-term care and assisted living setting in White River Junction, VT. The position begins on 05/04/2026 for a duration of Weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts available include day and evening. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and assisted living setting under the supervision of a supervising nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered, and document administration accurately.
- Monitor residents' vital signs, health status, and changes in condition; perform routine assessments as directed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure safety, comfort, and dignity in all care activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; communicate changes promptly to supervisors and physicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, complete timely documentation, and comply with infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont (or current eligibility to practice in VT).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in a long-term care, geriatric, or similar population setting preferred.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week with a combination of day and evening shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document care clearly and accurately.
