LPN|LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel, temporary assignment in a methadone treatment program in Hampton, New Hampshire. Start date: 04/01/2026. Duration: 5 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,262–$1,278 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift pattern includes a Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses within approved protocols and under supervision.
- Collect vitals, perform general nursing assessment, and triage patient concerns as they arise.
- Document care, update electronic records, and ensure accuracy of medication administration records.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to support individualized treatment plans and safety monitoring.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, safety, and adherence within the scope of practice.
- Maintain infection control practices, manage supply inventory, and ensure a safe clinical environment.

Requirements
- Active nursing license appropriate for practice in New Hampshire (LPN) and ability to work in a local, fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work the confirmed Friday and weekend shift schedule
- Basic life support (BLS) certification or equivalent
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- At least general nursing experience; experience in addiction or outpatient treatment settings is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
