Pay Rate: $1720 weekly Gross pay (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift timings: Varied Day Shifts, 9a - 7p, 9a - 5p, 9a - 3p
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, Some weekends may be required (either Saturday, 9a - 5p, or Sun, 9a - 3p)
Position Requirements:
- Current experience as LPN/LVN in a clinic setting: 2 years - Required
- Pediatric Experience - Required
- Urgent Care experience - Required
- Prior Travel Nursing experience – Highly preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle - Required
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- LPN License for State of NH or Compact - Required
- BLS Certifications from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Provides and documents nursing care assessments, nursing interventions, and patient/family education to stable patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with the patient’s plan of care in a clinic setting.
- Alerts Registered Nurse to any observed change in patient presentation or unexpected assessment findings
- Review the assigned patient plan of care and pertinent active orders in the patient's electronic medical record before providing care.
- Performs and documents focused on nursing assessments of assigned patients, including but not limited to vital signs, assessment of pain, etc.,
- Reports relevant assessment findings and suggestions to enhance patient care directly to members of the interdisciplinary team in addition to the supervising Registered Nurse
- Complies with policies, procedures, and area-specific expectations related to maintaining a safe care environment. Initiates reporting or action when needed to address safety concerns
- Complies with policies, procedures, and area-specific expectations related to medication safety; patient identification; specimen collection and specimen labeling activities; documentation of patient information and patient care activities; as well as dependability, attendance, and scheduling
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
