ELEKS is looking for a Travel Manager in Lviv.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Experience in an IT company will be an advantage
- Proven experience in organizing business trips, creating travel itineraries, and preparing visa application documents
- Practical experience with Expedia Travel, Kayak, Booking.com, and other online booking resources
- English level: Intermediate+(both spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Higher education (preferably in Tourism or Management)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange reservations and select transportation and accommodation for company employees in line with established budget and travel policies
- Handle and process all payments related to Travel Management activities
- Record all travel-related costs in Jira
- Prepare visa application documents and coordinate visa issuance procedures
- Arrange travel insurance bookings
- Prepare and manage all travel-related documentation (orders, approvals, supporting papers)
- Prepare post-trip reports and ensure proper documentation and cost tracking after business trips
- Meeting management: book conference rooms, organize catering (water, tea/coffee, snacks), and ensure room cleanliness during guest visits
- Organize staff & client meals, taxi fares, gratuities, client gifts, excursions, and office supplies or services
