Core responsibilities include comprehensive assessments of motor, sensory, cognitive, and ADL skills; designing and implementing evidence-based interventions; and documenting progress toward measurable outcomes. You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, educators, and caregivers to optimize care, guide return to work and community participation, and plan safe discharges with home modifications. The role offers growth through exposure to adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations, with opportunities to specialize in neuro rehab, orthopedic rehab, pediatrics, or community OT. In addition to base pay, you’ll receive a contract bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for extensions. A dedicated travel team provides 24/7 support, credentialing and onboarding guidance, and clinical mentorship to help you thrive. You’ll be guaranteed 30 hours per week, with start date on 03/16/2026 and engagements across multiple sites.
