Job Description - Travel Occupational Therapist Job


Overview
This travel Occupational Therapist role is based in Rolla, Missouri, in a skilled nursing setting. The assignment begins May 25, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,486 to $1,490 with no guaranteed hours. The shift is five days per week, eight hours per day (5x8 days).

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under supervision to support mobility and physical health goals
- Assist with implementing treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient progress, document changes, and help adjust therapy plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation supports the Occupational Therapist
- Keep the treatment space and equipment organized and in good order
- Collaborate with the therapy team and care staff to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements
- PTA license – REQUIRED
- 1 year of OTA/OTA-equivalent experience – REQUIRED
- LTC or Rehab experience – REQUIRED
- Missouri-based licensure (State Licenses: Missouri) – REQUIRED
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
