In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes in electronic health records with precision and care. Your caseload may include musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, geriatrics services, and pelvic health considerations, all while guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, and activity modification. You’ll lead interprofessional collaboration with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other physical therapists to coordinate care, optimize mobility, reduce pain, and restore independence.
