Your day-to-day includes comprehensive PT evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and hands-on interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance and gait training, and pain management. You’ll monitor progress, adjust plans, document outcomes, and coordinate with physicians and rehab staff to optimize discharge planning and caregiver education. The role supports professional growth within your specialty, with pathways to expand into advanced manual techniques, vestibular or pediatric rehab, or leadership as you gain experience.
