Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in a substance use treatment setting.
- Implement evidence-based PT interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and mobility improvements aimed at functional restoration.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, adjust plans of care, and communicate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, safe movement, and strategies to improve activities of daily living.
- Ensure patient and staff safety, apply infection control practices, and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active physical therapist license to practice in the United States (licensing state to be verified)
- Ability to work in a medication-assisted treatment environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with the stated schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient- and family-centered approach
- Ability to manage a caseload consistent with a 35-hour per week commitment
