Job Description - Travel Physical Therapist Job


Overview
Physical Therapist – Fort Bragg, CA. Start date: 05/18/2026. 13-week travel assignment in an acute inpatient care environment. Weekly pay: $2,377–$2,591 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0 per week. Shift: Days, 8-hour daytime shifts, 5 days per week (40 hours total). This assignment is travel - temporary.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions as prescribed, documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, coordinating care with other team members.
- Document assessments, treatment plans and progress notes in a timely, compliant manner.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education to support functional goals and safety.
