Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient in Plymouth, NH with $2600 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel/contract position in Plymouth, NH.

Pay Rate: $2600 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week  (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Outpatient setting 

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 X 8-hr shifts, M-F, No weekend. No call. 

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of current PT experience  - Required
  


• Must work in Outpatient setting – Required
  


• Ortho Experience - Required
  


• Previous travel experience - At least 3 mos – Required
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
  


• PT License for NH or Compact -  Required
  


• AHA BLS Certification – Required
  

Job Description:

• The Physical Therapist (PT) uses clinical expertise, physical assessment, teaching and skilled therapy interventions to deliver high quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
  


• Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function.
  


• Physical Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.
