Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient in Springfield, VT with $2600 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a travel/contract position in Springfield, VT.

Contract Length: 26 weeks

Pay Rate: $2600 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40\-hour work week  (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Outpatient setting 

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 X 8\-hr shifts, M\-F, No weekend. No call.Holiday coverage only if required 

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of current PT experience  \- Required
  


• Must work in Outpatient setting and willing to float to Inpatient setting if needed – Required
  


• Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinic
  


• Previous Rehab Experience \- Required
  


• Previous travel experience \- At least 3 mos – Required
  


• CPSI EMR experience \- Highly Preferred
  


• Previous experience working with PTA's \- Preferred
  


• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle \- Required
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy \- Required
  


• PT License for VT or Compact \-  Required
  


• AHA BLS Certification – Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of PT services for patients in an outpatient setting and willing to float to Inpatient setting as needed
  


• Provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues.
  


• Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
  


• Patient ratio: 8/day Monday \- Thursday, 6/Day on Friday
