Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to individuals in a corrections setting, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor for adverse effects and intervene within scope of practice
- Triage and respond to routine and emergent clinical situations; coordinate with health care and security teams to maintain safety
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the charting system and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and security guidelines; participate in shift handoffs and quality improvement activities
- Float to other clinical areas as needed to support patient care demands and schedule coverage

Requirements
- Active RN license (unrestricted) to practice in the United States
- Ability to work night shifts in a corrections setting and comply with security and safety protocols
- Willingness to float to other areas as needed and to support a variety of patient care roles
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
