Travel Registered Nurse ICU in Mattoon, IL

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN ICU for multiple 13-week travel/contract positions in Mattoon, IL. 

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse ICU

Contract Length:13 weeks - Accepting Travel Candidates only

Pay Rate: $2304 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Every other weekend, No call 

Position Requirements:

• Current ICU RN experience: 2 years - Required
  


• Cerner experience: Highly preferred
  


• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN - Required
  


• BSN – Preferred
  


• RN License for State of Illinois - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  


• ACLS Certification from AHSA – Required
  

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care in assigned units (ICU)
  


• Assesses, utilizing age-specific data, the patient’s physical, and psychosocial, status in a comprehensive manner
  


• Demonstrates accurate assessment skills, appropriate to the age of the patient
  


• Performs ongoing assessments and completes required documentation within organizational standards
  


• Performs and documents including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention
  


• Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  


• Assists other staff in the delivery of patient care, as appropriate
  


• Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes
