Travel Registered Nurse ICU in Plymouth, NH with $2412 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN ICU for a 13-week travel / contract position in Plymouth, NH. 

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $2412 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hr work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: ICU

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, Friday/Saturday/Sunday of each week

Position Requirements:

• Current ICU Nursing experience: 2+ years - Required
  


• Current/recent experience providing care for high acuity MS/Tele patients - Highly preferred 
  


• Cerner experience – Highly Preferred
  


• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN – Required
  


• BSN – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
  


• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications from AHA  - Required
  

Job Description:

• Must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
  


• Provides care for ICU levels of care and high acuity MSN/Tele patients as required.
  


• Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
  


• Performs and documents physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
  


• Provides comfort the patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management.
  


• Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
  


• Patient population: High acuity MSN/Tele, could get a vent or critical patient and then
  


• transfer out
  


• Nurse to patient ratio: 1:2 for ICU levels or care, for bed management purposes facility could have MSN/Tele patients at a higher ratio with in-house supervisor's assist
  


• EMR: Cerner
  


• Dress code: Scrubs of any color
