Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehab (Travel) | Herrin, Illinois, United States
Start date: 04/27/2026. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 2,045–2,119 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7 pm–7 am). Setting: inpatient rehabilitation unit with a focus on neuro populations. This travel RN role requires Illinois licensure and current CPR/BLS certification. Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs; develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons; involve family in care planning as appropriate
- Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient condition and promptly report, document, and intervene as needed
- Administer approved nursing treatments and medications within scope of practice, excluding heparin drips
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records; participate in quality measures and continuous education
- Contribute to a respectful, collaborative team environment through professional communication and conflict management

Requirements
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in inpatient rehab or neuro-focused populations preferred; stroke certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to work the listed night shift in an inpatient rehab setting
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
