Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in a Continuing Care Retirement Community environment. Start date: 05/01/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay: $1,710–$1,830 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) on a 3x12 schedule, with weekend rotation including Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. This is a travel, temporary assignment designed to deliver consistent, resident-centered care in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, document accurately, and report changes promptly
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, track changes in condition, and adjust care plans in consultation with the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and safety
- Support residents with activities of daily living as needed, while promoting independence and dignity
- Maintain regulatory compliance, infection control protocols, and accurate charting throughout the shift

Requirements
- Current, active nursing license (RN); LPN license may be considered per job notes
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in weekend rotation as scheduled
- Prior LTC experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Availability for a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
