OR - Med Surg/RN - NOC - 8 weeks Travel assignment in Lincoln City, Oregon. This Medical-Surgical nursing role is for a registered nurse working nights (3x12) on a 8-week assignment starting 03/19/2026 within a Critical Access Hospital setting. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Weekly pay range: $1,913-$1,987. This assignment focuses on acutely ill adults and perioperative patients, with a need for strong clinical assessment, bedside care, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adult medical-surgical patients, including perioperative and post-operative care as indicated.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, monitor vitals and neurologic status, and respond to clinical changes.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and document care in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with the surgical team, nursing aides, and ancillary staff; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Maintain infection control practices and patient safety, including aseptic technique and accurate charting.
- Navigate night-shift workflows and handoffs, ensuring continuity of care during transitions.

Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Healthcare Provider BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS required
- Ability to work nights and a 3x12 schedule; rotating weekends as needed
- Med Surg experience or clinical preparation in medical-surgical care (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced unit
- Eligible for travel assignment and able to meet unit staffing needs

Education
- Registered Nurse with current Oregon license
