Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including assessment, monitoring, and timely escalation of changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, with accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education
- Maintain safe, clean, and orderly patient environments, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; document care in electronic health records
- Participate in unit routines, rounds, and quality-improvement initiatives as assigned

Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Med Surg nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and comply with facility policies
