Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN Traige for a 13-week travel/contract position in Peterborough, NH.

Pay Rate: Range $2520 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 X 8-hr, Mon-Fri, Saturday scheduling possible 8a-12p

• Current RN Experience: 2 years - Required
  


• Triage / Telephone experience (80% time spent on phone talking with patients)
  


• All age group experience needed --- Pediatric experience required
  


• Knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with patients re; medication, medical history, diagnosis
  


• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
  


• Clinic or Medical Office experience – Required
  


• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
  


• COVID Vaccinations or exemptions - Required
  

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

• ASN - Required
  


• BSN – Preferred
  


• RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  

Job Description:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
  


• Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
