Travel RN Behavioral Health in Lawton, OK with $2232 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Behavioral Health RNs for multiple travel/contract positions in Lawton, OK. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse \- Behavioral Health (Children)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Employment Type: Full\-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Range $2016 to $2232 weekly Gross Pay based on a 36\-hour work week (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Children BH Unit

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, weekends as needed (EOW), No call. 

• Registered Nurse: 6 mons to 1 year \- Required
  


•  Behavioral Health RN experience. Recent/Current, 6+ months – Required 
  


• Children experience – Required 
  


• Travel experience \- Highly preferred 
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  


• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State of OK or Compact \- Required
  


• AHA BLS Certifications  \- Required
  


• Handle with Care \- Preferred 
  

Job Description:

• Provides all aspects of professional and comprehensive nursing care in assigned behavioral health units 
  


• Provides direct care to patients with mental health conditions by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications, and providing therapeutic communication and crisis intervention.
  


• Key duties include monitoring patient well\-being, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
