Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN Emergency Room for a travel/contract position in Marshall, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Range $2160 to $2196 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: ER/ED

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekend and holidays (Must be available to work Labor Day)

• Registered Nurse: 2+ years - Required
  


• ER/ED Nursing experience: Recent/Current 2+ years – Required
  


• Cerner experience: Required 
  


• Travel experience - Highly preferred 

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  


• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State of MI - Required
  


• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications from AHA  - Required
  


• TNCC Certification - Preferred
  

Job Description:

• Provides professional nursing care. all phases of nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for assigned patients in ER/ED.
  


• Provides patient care using critical thinking and independent judgment, and all phases of nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  


• Responsible for the direction and supervision of the nursing patient care team, which is typically made up of Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other technicians.
  


• Collaborates with own team and other disciplines in the provision of care.
  


• Completes documentation of patient care, patient condition, reactions and response to treatment in a timely manner and tracks patient progress.
