Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment supporting an acute care hospital in Santa Monica, California.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Interventional Radiology Technologist supports diagnostic and advanced interventional procedures by preparing equipment, maintaining sterile fields, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout all phases of care. This role requires strong technical expertise, procedural knowledge, and the ability to function independently in a high-acuity procedural environment.

Call Details:

• One weekday overnight call per week (16:00–07:00)

• One three-day weekend call per month (Friday 16:00–07:00; Saturday and Sunday 07:00–07:00)

COMPENSATION

Regular Hourly Rate: $XX.XX/hr

Overtime Rate: $XX.XX/hr

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position supports advanced Interventional Radiology procedures and may require assisting in the Cath Lab as needed. Equipment includes Philips OmniDiagnost Eleva and Allura FD20 systems. Free parking is provided.

Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience is required.

ARRT (R) certification is required.

BLS certification is required.

Active California state license must be in hand. Pending licenses are not accepted.

Epic charting experience is required.

Experience supporting advanced Interventional Radiology procedures is required.

Ability to take required call, including weekday overnight and three-day weekend call rotations, is required.

Weekend availability is required.

All requested time off must be included at the time of submission.
