Pay Rate: $3000 Weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift: 8 Hours; Days, 7.00a - 3.30p
Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, Weekend On-call Friday (3.30p)-Monday morning (7a) Usually about 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks. Weekday On-call requirement once every 5-6 days, 3.30p-7p.

- Current Operating Room Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
- Scrubbing experience - Required
- Circulate experience - Required
- Multiple surgical specialty experience - Required
- Epic experience - Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
- COVID Vaccinations or exemptions - Required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN - Required
- BSN – Preferred
- RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification from AHSA – Highly preferred
Job Description:
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned units (operating room)
- Responsible for delivery of patient care as a member of the surgical team and assumes appropriate responsibility for delivery of that care before, during and after surgery for a wide variety of surgical procedures including but not limited to endocrine, breast and oncologic surgical procedures, as well as gastrointestinal and colon and rectal (both open and laparoscopic), and hepatobiliary procedures.
- Assist with Scrubbing
- Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
