Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Stepdown RNs for multiple travel/contract positions in Lawton, OK. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate: Range $2016 to $2340 weekly Gross Pay based on a 36\-hour work week (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: SDU, CVCU
Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00 pm \- 7.30 am
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, weekends as needed (EOW), No call.
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 1 year \- Required
- Stepdown RN experience: Recent/Current, 6+ months â Required
- Float to Med/Surg or ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds \- Required
- Travel experience \- Highly preferred
Education, License and Certification Requirements
- ASN or an equivalent â Required
- BSN or an equivalent â Highly preferred
- RN License for State of OK or Compact \- Required
- AHA BLS Certifications \- Required
- NIHSS \- Required (Can be obtained upon offer)
Job Description:
- Provides all aspects of professional and comprehensive nursing care in assigned units (Stepdown).
- Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications including administering antiarrhythmic IV medications
- Comfortable providing care for patients with STEMI/NSTEMI, CP rule out, CHF, Noninvasive Ventilation, Cardiothoracic surgery after ICU, and those with peripheral vascular compromise.
- Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
- Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
