Travel Social Worker (LMSW) - Substance Abuse in Keene, NH with $2600 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel Social Worker (LMSW) for 13-week travel/contract positions in Keene, NH.

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel Social Worker (LMSW) - Outpatient

Location: Keene, New Hampshire

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $2600 Weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: MOUD 

Shift: 8 Hours; Days, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, No weekend, No call 

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years MASTER'S LEVEL MENTAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER experience required
  


• Experience providing social work services for substance abuse patients
  


• Triage experience (phone and in person) required
  


• Knowledge of Naloxone and MOUD required
  


• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
  


• COVID Vaccinations or exemptions - Required
  


• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
  

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work or Equivalent - Required 


• LMSW License in their state of practice - Required
  


• LMSW or Equivalent license for State of New Hampshire  - Preferred (Must be willing and eligibel for licensure upon offer)
  


• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of social work services and counseling services for Substance abuse patients
  


• Make referrals to MOUD clinic
  


• Provide Outpatient Counseling 
  


• Patient Load: 5/7 patients per day (will fluctuate as the client provides walk in services)
  


• Clinician will need to become familiar with New Hampshire referral resources quickly
  


• Clinician will provide consults for inpatient and ED at the hospital
  


• Patient population:  Primarily Adult, with some adolescents
  


• Work is on-site only/Remote work is not an option
  


•
