Role specifics and benefits: In this capacity you’ll lead and execute decontamination, inspection, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and implantable devices. You’ll assemble and package instrument trays, prepare case carts, verify sterility indicators, and maintain meticulous traceability records in accordance with AAMI, OSHA, and hospital protocols. You’ll manage inventory, monitor sterilization cycles, and ensure rapid instrument turnaround to support OR teams.
