Turn Around Tool Room Attendant

$60/hr night shift
October 3rd - November 14th
3 shifts of 8 hours (optional 12 hour shifts)
*13days on / 1 day off
Responsible for the receipt, organization, distribution, and tracking of tools, equipment, and consumable materials during plant turnaround or shutdown operations. Ensures that all tools are properly maintained, issued, and returned in a safe and timely manner to support maintenance and construction crews.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of tools and supplies using manual logs or computerized systems.
• Inspect tools for damage, cleanliness, and proper operation before issuing or after receiving them.
• Coordinate tool repairs or replacements as needed to ensure availability.
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly tool room for efficient access and safety.
• Monitor tool usage and prevent loss or unauthorized removal.
• Assist in setting up tool trailers or tool rooms at turnaround sites.
• Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Support the turnaround schedule by providing timely service to crews.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies to supervision.
