Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is urgently hiring for LPN Clinic for a travel/contract position in New London, NH. 

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel LPN - Family Medicine

Location: New London, New Hampshire

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $1720 weekly Gross pay  based on a 40 hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Clinic

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 X 8-hr, M-F, Must be flexible to stay late if clinic remains open late

Position Requirements:

• Current experience as LPN: 3+ years - Required
  


• Current Primary Care/Ambulatory experience – Required
  


• Experience with patients of all ages required
  


• Clinical Office Experience - Required
  


• PHONE Triage experience - Required
  


• EPIC EMR experience - Required
  


• Prior Travel Nursing experience – Highly preferred
  


• Traveler must have their own vehicle - Required 
  

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

• LPN License for State of NH or Compact - Required
  


• BLS Certifications from AHA - Required
  


• ACLS Certifications from AHA - Required
  

Job Description:

• Under general supervision provides and documents nursing care assessments, nursing interventions and patient/family education to patients
  


• Provides Phone Triage
  


• Performs and documents focused nursing assessments of assigned patients
  


• Under general supervision administers oral, topical and inhaled medications.
  


• Applies dressings and assistive devices as indicated by assessment or as ordered by the interdisciplinary team,
  


• Reports relevant assessment findings and suggestions to enhance patient care directly to members of the interdisciplinary team
  


• Complies with policies, procedures, and area-specific expectations related to maintaining a safe environment of care. Initiates reporting or action when needed to address safety concerns
  


• Complies with policies, procedures and area-specific expectations related to medication safety; patient identification; specimen collection and specimen labeling activities; documentation of patient information and patient care activities; as well as dependability, attendance and scheduling
