Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN Float for travel/contract positions in Keene, NH.

Pay Rate: $2484 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg
Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00p - 7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours/week, 3 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, Every other weekend
For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after
Position Requirements:
- Current Med Surg Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
- Epic experience - Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
- Must be willing to float between units (within the same campus) during the shift - Required
- Must be willing to work Stepdown unit when needed
- Cardiac Drip experience including other step down practices - Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN - Required
- BSN – Preferred
- RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification from AHA – Highly preferred
Job Description:
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned units
- Work in Step down unit when needed
- Float between units (within the same campus) during the shift
- Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
- Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
- EMR: Epic
- Dress code: Solid scrubs of any color no logos
- Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
