Valley Christian High School seeks a passionate and dedicated Head Varsity Womens’ Volleyball Coach to lead and build our program in alignment with our Christ-centered mission. Our athletics program is committed to developing student-athletes who strive for excellence in competition, display sportsmanship in victory and defeat, and exemplify integrity on and off the field. We encourage students to grow in faith, character, and leadership through athletics.

Position Overview

The Head Varsity Women’s Volleyball Coach will oversee all aspects of the volleyball program, including player development, game strategy, and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and mentor, committed to helping student-athletes grow.

• Build and lead a high school volleyball team focusing on skill development, teamwork, and character-building.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to players at all levels.
• Cultivate a positive, supportive, and disciplined team culture.
• Collaborate with school administration and community to support the program's vision.
• Inspire and mentor athletes to achieve their full potential academically, athletically, and personally.
  

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Valley Christian High School.
• Ability to mentor and develop young athletes both athletically and personally.
