We’re looking for an ideas-first creative who can turn one strong insight into ten scroll-stopping videos.

If you’re the person who constantly saves viral videos, rewrites hooks in your Notes app, and can explain why something worked instead of just saying “it popped”… keep reading.

Your edits will be seen by millions, shape culture, and set the standard for what great vertical storytelling looks like.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Generate high-performing short-form ideas for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts


• Develop viral hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds


• Identify repeatable formats we can turn into series, not one-offs


• Spot trends early and adapt them to fit Dhar’s voice and values


• Design ideas with retention in mind (open loops, escalation, payoff)

• Create concepts that naturally allow for brand integration


• Collaborate with editors and producers to bring ideas to life

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• You understand short-form storytelling at a systems level


• You can manufacture emotion quickly: heart, surprise, tension, humor 


• You know why people swipe away — and how to stop it


• You think in hooks, formats, and repeatability


• You’re obsessed with what’s working right now


• You can explain your thinking clearly and simply

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

All things creative take place at our studio in Burbank, California.

This is an on-call role, days and hours will vary depending on coverage and production schedules.
