Warranty Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface with customers on all
  warranty-related matters, collaborating with customer warranty teams to ensure
  seamless communication and resolution. 
  
• Manage and maintain customer portals, ensuring accurate and
  up-to-date information on warranty claims.
  
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of returned parts to identify
  failure modes and trends. 
  
• Perform root cause analysis with cross-functional teams to address
  and mitigate warranty issues.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce overall warranty costs
  and enhance product reliability.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty analysis, including
  extensive use of warranty portals and proven experience in warranty cost
  reduction.
  
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with root cause analysis
  methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate
  effectively with internal and external teams.
  
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different work environments as
  needed.
