Position: Welder

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Structural Steel Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail. You will play a vital role in fabricating and assembling structural steel components, ensuring the integrity and quality of our projects. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
- Perform welding tasks according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabrication and welding processes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Structural Steel Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to set up and use a track torch
- Ability to pass all tests for Flux Core Welding
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures
