Willow Ambulatory Consultant

Required Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification (current and in good standing)

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic build/support experience in Willow Ambulatory

• Strong understanding of outpatient prescribing, medication fulfillment, and pharmacy operations

• Familiarity with e-prescribing, drug databases (FDB/Medi-Span), and NDC mapping

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or 340B programs

• Background in pharmacy informatics or outpatient pharmacy operations

• Experience integrating with automated dispensing systems or inventory management systems
