The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is a premier sports organization in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Our mission is to create great experiences and holistic development through sports. PPA offers athletic programs for players aged 2 - 18 with a focus on helping each player achieve athletic excellence, build a dynamic social network, and learn to apply the principles of sport into healthy lifestyle habits that can be carried through life. We are respected for having a highly decorated staff of coaches and professionals who apply passion, creativity, and excitement to our programs.

*ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DC/MD AREA*

What will you do?

Coach 1 practice per week & 1 game per weekend (2 hour per week commitment) per team.

Coach 1-3 teams per season

Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament

Send weekly communications to your team parents

Someone who will communicate effectively with other PPA Staff and correspond kindly, timely and effectively with parents.

Someone who will be a team player and not hesitate to help out where needed throughout the season.

Compensation: $100.00 - $300.00 per month
