We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hunter Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Hunter Sales Rep, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and closing new business opportunities for our SaaS solutions. This is a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.



WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:



  • Prospecting and Generating Leads: Identify and research potential clients within the [specific industry or target market], leveraging various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' challenges, pain points, and goals, and determine how our SaaS solutions can address their needs effectively.
  • Presenting Solutions: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition and unique benefits of our SaaS offerings.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, overcoming objections and securing commitments from prospects to purchase our SaaS solutions.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their business growth journey.
  • Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, support in lead generation, and seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings, and leverage this knowledge to position our SaaS solutions effectively in the marketplace.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus
