Be the trusted liaison for our prestigious government and commercial call center clients. Manage all aspects of their accounts – from seamless communications to anticipating their needs – to ensure long-term loyalty.  This is your chance to shape the future of customer service in dynamic government and commercial settings.

Job Duties:
Client Success Champion

  • Own the relationship! Be the primary point of contact, building strong partnerships with government and commercial call center clients.
  • Proactively listen to clients' needs, deliver personalized solutions, and become their go-to resource for outstanding service.
  • Manage client portfolios strategically, ensure staffing levels are met, contracts are renewed efficiently, and SLAs are exceeded.
  • Analyze data and client feedback to constantly refine the customer service journey.
  • Partner with internal teams to seamlessly execute client requests and strategize to enhance their experience.
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
  • Collaborate with recruiters to attract the best call center professional, tailored to government and commercial client needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing plans – think beyond job boards! – to fill positions quickly and effectively.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by forecasting staffing changes and proactively finding the right candidates.
  • Master our applicant tracking software to streamline recruitment reporting and decision-making.
Project Management Guru
  • Ensure our client staffing projects are on time, on budget, and top-notch.
  • Troubleshoot issues with a solutions-oriented mindset, working closely with teams to avoid roadblocks.
  • Actively participate in the negotiation and renewal of client contracts, demonstrating a keen eye for both client and company needs.
Work Setting
  • Enjoy work-life balance with an 80% remote, 20% on-site model, and the flexibility to travel to client sites when needed.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in account management and the staffing industry, with a proven track record of building strong relationships. Experience with call centers, government, or commercial clients is a highly preferred.
  • Proven experience finding leads and closing sales deals with new and existing clients
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, and CRM software.
  • Solid grasp of recruiting processes and project management principles.
  • Natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experiences.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle priorities while maintaining laser focus on deadlines.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as a collaborative team player.
