As an Account Manager Trainee, you will learn client management processes, customer service and sales strategies, and compliance requirements while working directly with a Senior Manager. The Account Manager Trainee's goal will be to improve awareness for one of our clients by delivering exceptional customer service and sales assistance, as well as utilizing unique community engagement techniques.

 

Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Work with current account managers to develop a well-rounded skill set by shadowing client meetings and conference calls and filling out daily and weekly performance reports.

• Assist with the day-to-day growth and development of designated campaigns.

• Consider all areas of client management and team development critically in order to create performance improvement strategies and streamline training methods.

• Collaborate across departments to resolve customer complaints and maintain the integrity of the customer experience.

• Maintain strong team involvement while embodying business culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in business, customer service, management, or hospitality.

• Excellent communication skills 

• Demonstrated record of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity

• Ability to collaborate and manage connections across many teams and departments, focusing on sales, customer success, and human resources.
