As a growing company, we are currently looking for a qualified team member to join our Account Management Department. The primary focus of the Account Manager is to negotiate payment arrangements with customers on delinquent accounts. What you will do:
Complete outbound and inbound calls regarding payments and account balances.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with customer.
Notify other departments of relevant account changes.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Locate customers’ information and vehicle.
Ensures compliance with all federal and state collection laws and applicable lending regulations.
Monitor and take action when necessary to secure collateral.
Things that will help you succeed:
Experience in collections or finance a plus
Sales experience a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Adept phone skills
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual is a plus
