Compensation:

• Starting at $18 per hour dependent on experience + opportunity for monthly bonus

What we are looking for:

As a growing company, we are currently looking for a qualified team member to join our Account Management Department. The primary focus of the Account Manager is to negotiate payment arrangements with customers on delinquent accounts. What you will do:

• Complete outbound and inbound calls regarding payments and account balances.

• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.

• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with customer.

• Notify other departments of relevant account changes.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Locate customers’ information and vehicle.

• Ensures compliance with all federal and state collection laws and applicable lending regulations.

• Monitor and take action when necessary to secure collateral.

Things that will help you succeed:

• Experience in collections or finance a plus

• Sales experience a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Adept phone skills

• Basic computer skills

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Bilingual is a plus
