The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire and Account Technician I for the Mabley Developmental Center located in Dixon, Illinois to perform technical accounting functions in the preparation, maintenance and input of detailed account records for appropriations accounting, purchasing, accounts payable and miscellaneous collections. Inputs into computer appropriations accounting data, vouchers, travel vouchers, service contracts, special requisitions, release orders, purchase orders, quarterly, increases/decreases in allotments for service contracts, food surveys, commitments and obligations. Prepares, sorts and applies postage to letters and packages for out-going mail. Serves as back-up to account technician counterparts.
Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
