Accountant -- Remote

Responsibilities: - Handle various accounting transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Categorize and post banking and card transactions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Record sales and purchases transactions accurately.
- Reconcile merchant statements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Execute month-end activities including rebilling, accruals, and revenue reporting.
- Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Address emails and queries promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to financial policies and regulations consistently. Requirements: - A qualified accountant with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and negotiation.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. How We Operate: - Full-time position, requiring 40 hours over 5 days per week.
