The Accounting Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accounting/bookkeeping is maintained in a timely manner. In addition, ensures all accounting data is entered daily into the ERP system.

• Salary: $22.00-$24.00 DOE
• Duration/schedule: Onsite, Flexible 3 days week, M-TH
• Accounts payable entries.
• Accounts receivable invoicing.
• Posts transactions daily/weekly/monthly to the General Ledger.
• Reconciles Balance Sheet accounts in the General Ledger
• Cash Management
• Ensures all accounting data is accurate in the ERP system.
• High School diploma or State-issued equivalent.
