Accounting Director

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Financial services such as account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially pertaining to construction

Accounting
- Proficient in using QuickBooks accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

2-3 years experience required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
