We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager.. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions including month-end closing processes, general ledger reconciliations, journal entry management, fixed asset management, bank reconciliations, OneStream uploads, member reconciliation, and general reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities: -Lead month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
-Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
-Manage and process month-end journal entries accurately and efficiently.
-Oversee fixed asset management, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking.
-Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances and transactions.
-Coordinate OneStream uploads and data integration processes.
-Perform member reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
-Prepare and present general financial reports to senior management as needed. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
-Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with OneStream is a plus.
-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
